Families,
We are well on our way to spring! Although it is still quite cold the days are getting longer and hopefully warmer. As always, check your child’s cubbie for weather appropriate changes of clothes. This is also a great time to check your child’s rain boots for tears.
This month our school supports Pennies for Patients. Since 1994, millions of dollars have been raised in pennies and other spare change by more than 10 million elementary, middle and high school students throughout the country. The funds, collected during the month of February benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. This year our Pre-K1, Pre-K2 and Kindergarten will be competing for a class Pizza Party and will have donation boxes located in their classrooms. Intermediate, Beginner and Toddler students are encouraged to contribute to the front desk donation box. So, between now at Feb. 28th bring in your coins and help The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
In the front lobby, we have an “In our Hands” display. We are really focusing on the wonderment and joy children experience as they discover new and exciting things. All classrooms will be contributing to “In our Hands” project throughout the school year. Currently the display is in the glass case and we are working on a new more permanent display. Check out all the wonderment captured in these photos!
Fall enrollment is also well underway. If you have any questions regarding fall enrollment, please see the front desk.
